Plunge into this stunning all-singing, all-dancing, dynamic stage show! When the citizens of Bikini Bottom discover that a volcano will soon erupt and destroy their humble home, SpongeBob and his friends must come together to save the fate of their undersea world. With lives hanging in the balance and all hope lost, a most unexpected hero rises up. The power of optimism really can save the world!

AUDITION TIME SLOT

At Krayon Kids Musical Theatre Company, we embrace diversity, both on our stage and within our theater community. Our goal is to approach casting with the utmost respect and sensitivity, ensuring representation that honors and celebrates the rich tapestry of all cultures and identities.

Audition groups will be in groups of 6 and consist of the following:
  • 32 bar song (30-45 seconds) of cast members choice (from a Broadway musical or show tune). Accompaniment will not be provided, Bluetooth music options are accepted.
  • The Director may request for sides or songs from the show to be read as part of your first audition.
  • Callbacks will follow on September 6th and 7th at the discretion of the Director. If you are called back, you will receive notice via email. You will be notified if you are to attend the entire time, or just a portion thereof.
  • The Dance Call will take place on September 7th from 10:30am - 1:00pm.
  • If you are NOT called back, that does not mean you are not being considered for a part. Callbacks consist of choreography, music, and cold readings from the script.
Production fee: $300
Production fees can be paid in full or on a payment plan. First payment is due by September 14th, 2024, with the second and third payments on October 1st  and finally on November 1st.
