A Musical Comedy of Ghoulish Delights!
Wednesday Addams, the ultimate queen of darkness, has fallen head over heels for a sweet,
smart boy from a perfectly “normal” family. As her affection grows, chaos creeps in—especially
when she confides in her father, Gomez, and begs him to keep her secret from Morticia. Torn
between his daughter and his wife, Gomez is trapped in a web of love and lies. Meanwhile,
Pugsley plots, Grandma meddles, and Uncle Fester discovers a peculiar love of his own.
Everything comes to a head on one fateful, delightfully dreadful night, when the Addams host a
dinner to meet Wednesday’s “normal” boyfriend and his buttoned-up family. What could
possibly go wrong?

AUDITION DETAILS
Vocal Auditions
Dates: August 11th and 12th
Time: 5:30 - 9:00 PM
  • Prepare 32 bars (30–45 seconds) of a Broadway or musical theatre song.
  • Bring a Bluetooth-enabled device to play your accompaniment track (no accompanist provided.)
  • Be prepared to sing from the show if requested.

Dance Call
Date: August 16th
Time: 10:00 AM – 12:30 PM (Required for all auditionees)
  • Learn and perform a short combination in small groups.
  • Wear dance shoes and clothes you can comfortably move in. No jeans or sneakers.

Callbacks (By Invite Only)
Date: August 16th
Time: 1:00 PM
  • Invitations sent via email following vocal audition (August 12th).

PRODUCTION FEE
$350 per cast member (pay in full or via payment plan)
Payment Plan Available:
  • $150 due September 6th
  • $100 due October 1st
  • $100 final payment due November 1st

PARENT COMMITMENT
Krayon Kids is a family-powered organization. Each cast member’s family plays a vital role in
bringing the show to life. We welcome parents, grandparents, siblings, and honorary family.

Join at least one Production Department:
  • Costuming
  • Sets/Props
  • Promotions/Marketing (includes sponsorship/fundraising coordination, program editing, concessions, lobby coordination, and social media)

Performance Weekends:
  • Commit to at least 4 performance shifts (lobby or backstage)
  • Roles include ushering, concessions, dressing room assistance, etc.

Janitorial Commitment:
  • Help clean the studio or theater at an assigned time (provided on the rehearsal schedule and selected alphabetically)
